This policy covers the SortForge website and the current test version of the game. Advertising, purchases, remote analytics and Google sync are being prepared; they are not active in the currently distributed test configuration. This policy will be updated before activation.

Progress on your device
Levels, coins, upgrades, cosmetics, settings, consent choices and progress statistics are stored in the app’s private storage to operate the game. Local saving does not send these data to the publisher. They remain until erased or until the app’s storage is removed.
When you contact us
We process your email address, request and information you provide to respond. Support relies on our legitimate interest in helping players; handling rights requests meets our legal obligations. Recipients are the publisher and email provider Google. Send only information necessary for the request.
Correspondence is kept while handling the request and for as long as necessary to follow up its resolution or establish a legal claim. Records subject to a legal retention obligation are kept for that period and are not reused for advertising.
This website
The site adds no audience analytics tool, advertising pixel, data collection form or tracking cookie. Email links open your email app. External links take you to websites governed by their own policies.
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and processes technical information needed to deliver and secure it, including IP addresses, requests and browser information. This serves our legitimate interest in providing an accessible, secure website. Services being prepared for the game
- Google Play Games: optional progress saving. Settings, consent choices and purchase receipts are excluded from our cloud save payload.
- GameAnalytics: optional gameplay measurement, separate from advertising consent.
- Unity LevelPlay and Google UMP: advertising and partner privacy preferences, to be configured before activation.
- Unity IAP and Google Play: processing and restoring optional purchases.
Active partners, data actually transmitted, retention periods and transfer safeguards will be specified before these services go live. Refusing analytics does not disable Google services selected separately.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. The publisher does not carry out profiling that produces automated legal decisions.
Contact the publisher and request deletion. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local data protection authority.
